We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist in Madison, WI so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

Payment is expected at time of service. If you have insurance, you will be expected to make an estimated payment for that portion not covered by your insurance plan. For that portion of costs not covered by insurance, we offer several payment options:
- Cash or Personal Check
- Credit Card - We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
- Care Credit Medical/Dental Card - This card allows you to take up to 1 year, interest free, to pay the balance. You can apply in our office or apply online at https://www.carecredit.com
We accept most dental insurance which are not HMO type providers.
Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include coinsurance provisions, a deductible, and certain other expenses which must be paid by the patient at the time of services. Reimbursement amounts are not, and never have been, a guideline for quality care.
We expect payment in full at time of service, but we will be happy to file most insurance claims for you with the reimbursement going directly to you. Please bring your insurance plan information with you on your first visit. We will work with you to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.
